Dear Valued Clients,
At Foxnett Digital Solutions, we are constantly evaluating our server infrastructure and product offerings to ensure we are delivering the fastest, most secure, and most reliable hosting experience possible.
To provide better resource allocation, clearer upgrade paths, and improved overall server stability, we are completely restructuring our hosting packages. Effective April 17, 2026, we will be rolling out our brand-new hosting architecture and updated pricing.
What is Changing?
We are streamlining our catalog to remove overlap and confusion. The following legacy plan categories will be retired from new purchases:
-
Legacy Web Hosting & Cloud Hosting
-
Language-specific plans (Python Hosting, Node.js Hosting)
-
Legacy Reseller Hosting
Introducing the New Lineup
Our new packages have been engineered from the ground up on our NVMe infrastructure, utilizing strict LVE resource isolation to guarantee that your websites are never slowed down by other users on the server. The new lineup includes:
-
Shared NVMe Hosting: Replaces our legacy Cloud and language-specific plans. Featuring clearly defined CPU, RAM, and disk I/O limits so you know exactly what kind of power your websites are getting.
-
Optimized WordPress Hosting: Purpose-built environments designed specifically for WordPress performance and security.
-
Strict-Quota Reseller & Master Reseller Hosting: A completely revamped reseller structure. By eliminating overselling, we are guaranteeing that our reseller servers remain lightning-fast, giving growing agencies and hosts the ultimate reliability for their clients.
What Does This Mean for Existing Customers?
We want this transition to be entirely seamless for you. There will be zero downtime as a result of these changes.
If you are currently on one of our legacy plans, your account will be securely mapped and upgraded to the new equivalent architecture. You will receive a separate, personalized email detailing your specific account upgrade path, your new resource limits, and how the new pricing structure applies to your future renewals.
Looking Ahead
These upgrades represent a massive step forward in the performance and transparency of our infrastructure. By moving to this new model, we can deliver faster read/write speeds, better uptime, and more dedicated resources to the clients who need them.
If you have any questions regarding how these changes affect your specific projects, please do not hesitate to open a ticket with our support team. We are here to help you navigate this upgrade smoothly.
